Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want every purchase to feel worth it. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
When can you return something?
We'll happily sort things out if your item arrived damaged, has a defect, isn't what you ordered, or if something was missing from your package.
What we can't accept returns for — honestly, just being upfront here — is a change of heart or personal preference. So please do take a good look at the product page before you order.
How quickly do you need to reach out?
Within 5 days of delivery. We know that's a tight window, so the moment you notice something's off, drop us a message. Requests after 5 days are harder for us to process.
What condition should the item be in?
To be eligible for a return, the item needs to come back to us unused, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging intact — just as it arrived. If something was damaged through use after delivery, or tags are missing, we may not be able to accept it.
What's NOT returnable?
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Final sale / clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or wrong)
- Gift cards
How do you raise a request?
Just email us at support@purpleberrybags.com with:
- Your order number and name
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video if you have one
- A quick description of what went wrong
Our team will take it from there and walk you through the next steps.
What happens after that?
Once we approve your return, we'll either arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back — we'll let you know which. Please don't send anything back without hearing from us first, as we may not be able to accept it otherwise.
When the item reaches us, we'll run a quick quality check to verify the issue. Once that's cleared, we'll send a replacement or process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of the quality check clearing. Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time after that to show it in your account.
Shipping charges are generally not refunded, unless the issue was on our end — a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, subject to availability. If we're out of stock on a replacement, we'll refund you instead.
Need to cancel an order?
Reach out to us at support@purpleberrybags.com as soon as possible — we can cancel before dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we're unable to stop it.
