Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to our logistic partners within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery timeline for domestic orders is between 7 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: If you require your items sooner, we offer an expedited shipping option that delivers within 2 to 5 working days. Please note that Express Delivery incurs additional logistics charges. To opt for this service, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order at support@purpleberrybags.com.

Unforeseen Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timelines, please be advised that deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather conditions, natural disasters, localized strikes, or unexpected logistical disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such events.

Important Shipping Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information (including pin codes and contact numbers). Purpleberrybags will not be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear all logistic charges required to re-ship the order.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that any logistics charges incurred for the return of the uncollected package, as well as the cost to re-dispatch the order, will be entirely borne by the customer.
