Order Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, please note that a 2% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
24-Hour Return Policy
We offer a strict 24-hour return window. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting us at support@purpleberrybags.com.
Return Eligibility & Conditions:

Condition of the Item: The bag must be strictly unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Tags & Documentation: All original loop tags must remain attached to the product. The original invoice must be included in the return package.

Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during clearance or heavy sales events are considered final sale and are strictly non-returnable.

Subjective Reasons: We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as color preferences or size discrepancies. We strongly encourage all customers to read the detailed product specifications and dimensions on our website prior to making a purchase.
Return & Quality Check Process

Initiate Request: Contact us or click the Return Order tab within 24 hours of receiving your product. Do not hand over the product without receiving official confirmation from the Purpleberrybags team.

Pickup: If your return request is provisionally approved, our logistics associate will arrive at your address to pick up the item.

Quality Check: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality inspection. A refund will only be initiated if the product passes this check and meets all the conditions mentioned above (unused, loop tags intact, invoice included).
Refunds

Upon successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be initiated.

The applicable amount (minus any relevant cancellation fees, if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

If the product is found to be used, missing tags, or missing the invoice, the return will be rejected, and a refund will not be processed.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer product exchanges. However, please be advised that all logistics and shipping charges associated with exchanging an item will be borne entirely by the customer.
